1. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, including Germany and Europe. If you're not sure whether we deliver to your region, you can check during checkout or contact us for more information!

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Just click the link in the email to track your delivery as it makes its way to you!

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also offer secure payment options through PayPal and other local payment systems to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible.

4. How can I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be happy with your order. If something doesn’t fit—no worries! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team by email for return or exchange instructions.

6. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! Our gift cards are perfect for giving someone something special or if you're unsure what to choose. They can be purchased directly on our website and will be sent electronically to your email address.

7. What happens if the item I want is sold out?

We know how frustrating it is when your favorite item is sold out. Sign up for restock notifications and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available again! We also recommend browsing our similar products—we’ve got lots of amazing options.

8. Do you offer discounts or special promotions?

9. How can I change or cancel my order?

We work to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, if you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as you can at support@youngandwild.com. We can only make changes or cancel orders before they’ve been shipped, so the sooner you reach out, the better!

10. How do I care for my products?

We want your Young & Wild items to last as long as possible! Each product page includes care instructions. However, we always recommend checking the label and following the specific care guidelines to keep your items fresh and fabulous.
